Important Information and Fees
- A minimum of 4 months service is required. Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Technician visit fee (if needed) is $100 and will appear on your first bill. Technicians activate your modem on site.
- To activate your modem, connect the coax cable and power it on. Wait 2 to 5 minutes for all four lights to illuminate. If not all lights come on, a technician visit may be required.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $50 or $100 deposit is required for customers without a US Social Security Number (SSN). This deposit is not used toward your bills.
- Service may be suspended and charges applied for non-payment,
How to Activate Your Modem
Connect the coaxial cable to the modem.
Plug in the power and wait 2-5 minutes for all four lights (including online and internet) to be stable.
If all lights are on, call Bcommstech to activate your modem remotely within 24 to 48 business hours.
If some lights do not illuminate, schedule a technician visit who will activate your modem onsite.
